Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, February 02, 2015

Hello and welcome back for the Monday NSR surf report.  The waves picked up a bit today and the winds were much lighter that it has been the last week or so.  It was running waist to chest high with some occasional head high sets. Come on in and check it out!!!

A few guys were out there ripping today.  This is one of them with a sick hack.  I've seen him surfing here almost everyday so he is getting this place dialed in as you can see.  SHWACK!!!!!!!!

Johnny for sure was out there catching some of the bigger set waves.  He later told me that this was one of the funnest days we have had in weeks.  Yeah Buddy!!!!

Todd lives close to our area and I would have to say he won the heat today with just his wave selection alone.  It seemed like whenever a set came through he was on the biggest one and riding them all the way to the beach.

Here he is again just cruising.  You have to believe me when I tell you I was frothing  watching all these sets roll through as I took photos for almost two hours.  Don't you just feel terrible for me?  Don't worry after I put the camera away I paddled out and had my best session since I got back on December 30th.  Soooooo Stoked!!!

Down the beach a bit every now and then there was a sick left coming through.  I got so deep in this tube, too bad it was while I was mind surfing it.  We are supposed to get a little bit more swell in the next couple of days.  I sure hope all the forecasts are correct.

Seth took a little break from his busy work day and got a few really nice waves.  This is him with a nice round house on the inside section.  Nice style my friend.

Johnny was also doing some nice cutbacks out there.  My plan is to be on it in the morning and I'm sure he will already be on it when I paddle out.
He and I have shared some epic sessions together and I hope tomorrow is another one.  Cheers my man!!!

Alright mi amigos, I'm going to end the report with one of the many empty waves I saw come through this afternoon.  I hope you have enjoyed my company and also the photos I put up.  We will see what mother nature has in store for us here tomorrow, I hope it's light winds in the morning.  This is D-Lite signing off once again.  PAZ!!!!!!!
