Mark and Dave’s has been a Nicaraguan surfing institution for over a decade. From it's beachfront location at Playa Colorado the small boutique all-inclusive surf resort has treated hundreds to their first surfing experience in Nicaragua and ensured it was a positive one. Their attention to detail and stellar service helped all who came fall in love with the country. As of today the business has been sold and this little gem on the southern Pacific coast of Nicaragua will be reinvented.

The new incarnation of this beautiful property will be Oneness whose mission is: to create life & health span-lengthening living sanctuaries where the power of mother earth and thousands of years of knowledge promote happiness, compassion, abundance and infinite health for ourselves, our collaborators, the community and our customers. The new owner/operator team are long time members of the community and we wish them success in their effort to make a positive impact.
