Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, January 26, 2019

Brian Scott

Welcome to the Saturday surf report. Today I decided to take a swim in the nice cool ocean to cool off. Turns out there was a little bit of shredding going down. Check it out!

Brian Scott

Cesar dropping in late and racing around a frothing section right off the bat, right when we swam and paddled out together.

Brian Scott

He’s always keen on doing nice turns right in front of me, especially if I’m swimming.

Brian Scott

In other words, he’s fun to shoot and swim with!

Brian Scott

Grant following Cesar with the sick rights that were on offer out there.

Brian Scott

Zoomed in, you can really see the details of the surfing techniques and emphasis on style!

Brian Scott

Today was pretty small, which was good for shooting water, because it made it look a lot bigger than it really was.

Brian Scott

Antonella was picking off some fun ones as well. Nice view of the right from this angle with Los Perros in the background.

Brian Scott

Hola Antonella!!

Brian Scott

Maycol with some seriously rad style from this water angle.

Brian Scott

Tati wasn’t holding back on anything today. I think she got like 25 waves and was ripping!

Brian Scott

Las dos damas por ahí enseñando a los chicos cómo hacerlo.

Brian Scott

Although Lesther was taking the lineup to a whole other level.

Brian Scott

Stoked as always!!!

Brian Scott

His brother Oscar is always out there to up the anti and surfing level any time!

Brian Scott

Back and forth, like a great tennis match, but this ain’t no tennis game, as Bobby Martinez said so eloquently.

Brian Scott

Marcello was out there as well, ripping and having fun with only a hand full of people out.

Brian Scott

Clean but small waves. Sure I’ll take a few.

Brian Scott

How else would you like to have spent your Saturday afternoon?

Brian Scott

Tati, going for broke on a super glassy sick inside drainer. Yahhhhh TATI!!!

Brian Scott

Shredding until the sun went down is how these lucky few claimed their Saturday extracurricular activity.

Brian Scott

As that hot hot sun dips into the cool cool pacific ocean everything just melts away… like it should, because it was a great day!  Thank you for stopping by… Saludos ~
