Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, January 25, 2008

Today we headed out early in the morning to Maderas to catch a couple of good waves with not crowd. It's chest to shoulder high on sets and the wind was light offshore because it was raining a little bit. The water is still chilly but we had so much fun out there. Check it out.

There were a few waves with perfect shape today. Here is this little kid from the US but we don't know his name, catching a nice looking one.

Here is another unknown surfer riding one of the best set wave we had this morning. He might want to have a copy of this shot, so let him know about it if you know who he is.

"La Bestia" Calderon was part of the show today too. Here he is with a small but sweet snap on a small wave. Keep doing your thing Rexito!!!

How about Pedro "El Cacaste" going right and going off the top trying to improve his maneuver for the upcoming contest at Maderas on March. We think this guy can make some rounds but not the finals.

Here goes "Boteta" Ramos with the last shot of the day. Hopefully we are going to have some swell starting early the next week so keep in touch with us.
