Hey everybody I hope you're having a wonderful start to 2021 and taking care of your mind, body, and soul. Life is good in Nica and although there seems to be madness happening in other parts of the world it just seems much simpler our life in Nica.

John was out teaching some surf lessons down on the North side of the beach where the waves were a bit smaller. Look at that impeccable form, let's see how the students measure up.
