Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, January 04, 2016

Hello everybody. Welcome to the first monday of this year. The size of the waves drop a little today. The offshore wind is softer too. The high tide is a little mellow. Normally the low tide is working good the last days.

Can you see the sand bank and the shape of the wave? . This is why this peak is working in this moment.

The take of from the peak is really fun. The both ways are working good. Look crowded, but everybody is catching waves.

Can you see the tiny tube in the short break? This is happen in some of the waves. The majority of the waves are for turns, but you need to be attend if some of this little nugget start rolling.

This surfer was having a open tube back him and he figure out too late. The temperature of the water keep warm and the water is super blue now. Is good for dive.

The waves were good in the low tide, but was time for lunch, so the line up go empty really quick. The next two days the swell will drop a feet more, but we will checking how small the waves will be.

The surf sequence of today is this air. This surfer was trying some of them in this part of the beach and he get this good one.

We try to get just the perfect waves, but really some of the closing one are the best for this trick. Check it out.

Here is how look from far away with all the amplitude. Not is like the Andy Irom, but have three feet high.

He made a good landing. My goal for this year is landing some airs.

The left are breaking with some angle straight to the beach. That made a extra fast conditions. So, the turns of the tricks are super fun.

Here is Michael. Remember the name of this little kid. He probably will be the champion of surf in the next years.

Ok. Mis amigos. Have a amazing week. The new year always brings new things. So , try to made everything true and come to Nicaragua to surf the waves with offshore wind. Armando Lopez is out.
