Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, January 03, 2018

Hey guys! It's Wednesday again, Kevin here, I'm back! The waves have been small the last couple of days, but it seems like just at sunset there was a slight bump, so we'll see how it looks tomorrow. Anyway, I popped into one of our condos in order to shoot today's report, hopefully you'll enjoy seeing a couple of new angles!

The waves were so small the skimmers came out.

Hey, even when it's virtually flat you can still have fun!

Loving this family portrait!

I took this shot over at Villas Iguanas. These condos are tucked away on the north end of the beach, closer to Los Perros. If you want the convenience of having your apartment, the pool, and the beach literally right outside your window, then the condos are a good call.

This is the view from inside the kitchen. Makes you almost look forward to doing some dishes

The living room

Popped onto the balcony to get a better view...

Just as I stuck my head out, I noticed a group about to begin a surf lesson. Perfect!

There was a lot of activity on the beach!

The sun was going down, and the lighting was really nice. It's almost a guarantee to be a beautiful sight anytime around sunset

The waves were perfect for beginners! A fun little drop and a nice little ride to the beach!

He's usually the one behind the lens so it's rare to see an image of him, but this is Brian, your other surf reporter, doing a non-surf related photoshoot. If you're looking for some portraits you might want to contact him!

Look at that power stance. Getting the SHOT

Forget mini-groms, these were micro-groms. They were loving it though!

Ripping!

She caught a ton of waves out there!

It's crazy how for micro groms every wave is like overhead +

In between sets I turned and caught a glimpse of the bedroom. The light was looking so peaceful.

I think this was a father and son. They both signed up for surf lessons. Party waves are underrated. Sometimes, as a seasoned surfer, you start getting bitter, especially when people drop in on you. How sick is it to share a wave with your family or friends though?!

Party waaaaaaveee!!!

Look at how stoked this chick is! The stoke was high out there today

I don't know about this guy though lol.

I think this was the mother of one of the groups taking a surf lesson. Literally everyone was catching waves out there!!! To all of you guys reading this, it might be a good time to book a surf lesson with your family if you don't have much else to do around here!

Cool shot I took on my way out. This is the dining area of the condo

Thanks for tuning in guys! The waves should be coming up again tomorrow, stay tuned!

If any of you guys from the group stumble across this and are interested in pictures, feel free to contact us at [email protected]  to see what we have of you!
