Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, October 14, 2011

What’s up folks?  There is not much to say from down here, we have a little bit more of the same.  Lots of rain, strong onshore winds and super fun waves out front at the bay in San Juan del Sur.  If you are an international surfer make sure to wear ear plugs.  Check it out!!!

Last week we had some insane surf and now this is all we have.  It is crazy to see how everything can change from today to tomorrow.  All the local fishermans are taking their boats out to the shore on the beach, because they do not want to be part of the sinking boat report.

The first two shots we have on today’s report were from San Juan del Surf bay this morning.  Later on we headed up north to check what was going on there.  More of the same, but the winds were even blowing stronger.  You can see how those palm trees are moving on this shot.

Since the weather conditions didn’t want to cooperate with us, we opted to show you some of our nature including a few domestic animals.

We are going to share a couple of Spanish lessons with you all during this month a couple times a week.  Let’s do it! Vamos a hacerlo!

Mostly all the animals took the day off today and relaxed.  Check out this caw taking easy.  Casi todos los animals tomaron el dia libre hoy y se relajaron.  Miren esta vaca tomandolo con calma.

The pigs were doing their things out there.  Always trying to find something to eat.  Los chanchos estuvieron hacienda sus cosas afuera.  Siempre tratando de encontrar algo que para comer.

Alright folks, that’s all for today.  We are going to keep crossing rivers.  I hope you guys have learned some Spanish today.  Todo bien amigos, eso es todo por hoy.  Vamos a continuar crusando rios.  Espero hayan aprendido algo de español hoy.
