While we are in slow season, I made a quick (haha that's a joke) trip up to El Canyon de Somoto. This is sort of like Nicaragua's Grand Canyon. In the northern mountains, the river water collects and rushes through the passes. So climb down the walls, traverse the river (float, jump, swim, climb, etc.), and enjoy all that Mother Nature shows off!
