Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, February 11, 2012

We’ve got Lucha Libre Garcia with a quick update for our Saturday Surf Report from Playa Maderas.  We headed out super early to the beach and we got really well rewarded.  Waves where over head on the bigger sets, the winds were nice offshore and the water was cold.  Check out the lineup!

When I got to the beach there were only about 5 guys out, taking advantage of the empty lineup.  I have to say that Dunia was charging right out front, as always.

Dexter Akamai Ramirez was right over Machete Pt and he was able to pick up some nice ones.  If you know Dexter you can tell the waves got some size because he’s not a short guy.

A few other guys were by Machete Pt, scoring some fun ones as well.  Nicolas was catching some nice right handers, as you can see on this shot!

Jeremy was practicing his super man skills this morning.  Next time make sure to stick on your board my friend, and do not give up!

Carlitos drove down from Santa Marta this morning and he was tucking into some nice sections.  He really knows how to ride barrels, uh!

A couple guys drove down with Carlitos and they were also getting some good ones.  Check out this one working on his backside on this sick peeler.

The last action shot of the day goes to this unknown rider looking down the line of this sweet left right in front of the rocks at Machete Pt.  The waves should be fun tomorrow as well, so make sure to check us back out!
